      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Perform on-site surveys of the client’s existing controls and BAS during the design phase.</li>\n<li>Analyze the client’s existing sequences of operation as well as the performance of their mechanical systems.</li>\n<li>Select and size the correct major controls devices, such as valves, actuators, and sensors.</li>\n<li>Establish and document new and existing control points.</li>\n<li>Work closely with Ecosystem’s Construction Manager to develop RFPs, negotiate and hire controls contractors.</li>\n<li>Assist in the development of novel controls solutions to achieve energy efficiency goals.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Optimization Specialist, Construction Manager and mechanical systems manufacturers to perform commissioning and start-ups on all systems and equipment, including boilers and chillers.</li>\n<li>Train the client’s on-site staff in use and maintenance of newly installed mechanical systems.</li>\n<li>Optimize the operation of new and existing equipment and systems to achieve peak efficiency.</li>\n<li>Monitor completed projects to maintain energy savings during the follow-up period.</li>\n\n</div>"

      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>2 to 5 years of experience in HVAC Building Automation Systems and installing mechanical systems such as air handlers and VAVs.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience in writing and troubleshooting programs controllers from leading integrators or manufacturers, such as Delta Controls, Distech Controls, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell etc.</li>\n<li>Proven experience hiring and managing controls contractors.</li>\n<li>Experience in reading and understanding mechanical sequence of operations.</li>\n<li>Understanding of mechanical systems and mechanical drawings.</li>\n<li>Ability to troubleshoot hardware devices and wiring.</li>\n<li>Daily travel on-site for performance monitoring, construction and commissioning phases.</li>\n<li>Occasional travel to Canada and other United States offices.</li>\n<li>Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate good judgment.</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license.</li>\n\n</div>"
