    "requisitionDescription": "<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate II candidates to join our Discovery Chemistry department in the areas of Conjugation Chemistry and Oligonucleotide Chemistry. This role will be expected to be an active participant and participate in experimental design and planning.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and promote a workplace culture that values diversity of thought, promote integrity and create an atmosphere that supports coaching and fosters accountability.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Carry out assigned laboratory functions applying knowledge and skill in an accurate, timely manner.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with critical collaborative partners throughout the company.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Synthesis, characterization, and purification of novel oligonucleotide conjugates&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Track progress against project timelines, generate regular status updates, and communicate progress and issues with team members.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify critical issues/steps in conjugation and solve problems in a timely fashion.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Reviews and recommend updates for departmental SOPs, may draft updates to SOPs depending on experience and level.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage and maintain equipment, reagents and dedicated laboratory environment needed to carry out assignments; Troubleshoot and solve equipment/technical problems.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Contribute to the preparation of research reports and presentations for internal project teams, leadership team, and external audience.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Execute daily laboratory operations with an approach designed to minimize risks and hazard waste streams.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain all appropriate corporate standards for lab safety and hazardous material management.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain updated and well-organized lab notebooks.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Train and mentor entry-level staff.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Physical Characteristics:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Reasonable accommodation(s) may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of a job, on a case-by-case basis.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>On-Site Protocol:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Physical presence at the ADARx Pharmaceuticals worksite is a necessary job function of this role, which the Company deems critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, employee well-being and engagement, and it enhances the Company culture.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">BS or MS in Chemistry or a related discipline with excellent understanding of organic and analytical chemistry.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">BA/MS with a minimum of 5 years&rsquo; experience or MS with a minimum of 3 years&rsquo; experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical setting is required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills;
