This job requires manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and attention to detail to meet high-quality standards. 1 year of experience is required. </p><p>Summary of essential job functions:</p><ul><li>Use the sewing machines in the manufacturing process</li><li>Experienced Upholstery Sewer</li><li>Must be able to operate a walking foot sewing machine and other specialty machines.</li><li>Comfortable working with a sewing machine and related equipment</li><li>Monitor the production process</li><li>Carry out basic quality and testing checks</li><li>Maintain work areas and equipment</li><li>Inform management if problems arise</li><li>Other duties to be performed as directed by supervisor(s)</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Must have 1 year of experience working on a sewing machine. </strong></li><li>Previous fast paced manufacturing experience strongly preferred</li><li>Must have good hand-eye coordination</li><li>Must perform job with safety as top priority</li><li>Must be able to bend and lift parts throughout shift</li><li>Must be able to stand on feet for entire shift (8 – 10 hours per day)</li><li>Ability to show up to work on-time, every day, and take direction from supervisor(s) in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs repetitively on a daily basis</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>401K</li><li>Medical</li><li>Dental</li><li>Vision</li><li>Optional Life Insurance</li><li>Short Term Disability</li></ul><p>Family owned company for over 80+ years</p><p></p>",
