Our corporate office has planted roots in Tampa, FL, but we hire merchandisers all over the nation. </p>\n<p><strong>For more information, please call our hotline at 813-712-2511 or text us at 844-786-0603.</strong></p>\n<h2>Minimum Pay</h2>USD $21.00/Hr.\n<h2>Maximum Pay</h2>USD $21.00/Hr.\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid Mileage & Travel Pay where applicable </li>\n <li>Per Diem & Hotel for Travelers</li>\n <li>Limited benefit plans for everyday illnesses and accidents</li>\n <li>Weekly Pay Schedule</li>\n <li>Early Wage Access</li>\n <li>W2 Employment</li>\n <li>Free Training Resources</li>\n <li>Assignments can range from 0-40 hours per week based on volume, how far you are willing to travel, and willingness to accept various other projects offered</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Guide and assist with the installation of all fixture and Store Set-Up related components per merchandising layout and timing and action plan</li>\n <li>Unload, check-in, organize and manage all fixtures, equipment and merchandising aids needed during the project and store/remove unusable materials as needed</li>\n <li>Assist the Sr. Coordinator as they manage (and assist as required) the global process of Planogram implementation for the project (i.e. shelf installation, Planogram strip/peg master, proper label coding, allocation of product facings, signing and processing of overstock and discontinued items</li>\n <li>Support the Sr. Coordinator with the execution of the timing and action plan and making modifications as needed (with Set-Up Project Manager approval) to minimize lost sales and to ensure timely project completion</li>\n <li>Support the Sr. Coordinator as they conduct daily meetings with the Store Set-Up crew, Store Operations, Construction, Temp Labor, etc. to review the project status, daily task completion needs, staffing and any other issues/concerns related to the successful execution of the project</li>\n <li>Assist the Sr. Coordinator as they train and supervise the 2ndAssistant (where applicable), Retail Merchandisers, Temp Labor and Store Operations support staff</li>\n <li>Assist the Sr. Coordinator as they lead the final walk-thru with the DSM, GC, Store Manager and Set-Up Project Manager to capture all open WTBC items and ensure the project is not left until all actionable items have been addressed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain an organized project binder</li>\n <li>Ability to execute work during days and overnights</li>\n <li>Ability to interact and communicate with subordinates, peers and upper management</li>\n <li>Willingness to travel to all CVS markets</li>\n <li>Possess a valid driver’s license</li>\n <li>Solid computer skills including effective use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook</li>\n <li>Fixture Installs Experience (1-2 years highly preferred)</li>\n <li>New Store Set Up Experience (1-2 years highly preferred)</li>\n <li>Merchandising Experience (1-2 years highly preferred)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Important Information</h2>\n<p>Channel Partners Solutions is an equal opportunity employer in every aspect of employment, including but not limited to; selection, training, development and promotion of the most qualified candidates and employees without regard to their race, gender, color, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, citizenship status, veteran status, or any other characteristic prohibited by state or local law.
