In this role, you&rsquo;ll compile, maintain, and verify records of production transactions and shipping activities to ensure accurate documentation and efficient daily operations.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Receive and check in fluid transport trucks.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Direct drivers to the appropriate loading bays.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Review loadout board and generate the load pick list.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Review production schedule and understand the importance of silo rotation set by Production.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Communicate changes/delays to Production Team, Dispatch and Fluid Team to optimize productivity and schedule attainment.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Complete shipping manifest (Bill of Lading) upon completion of the load out process.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Check out the transport driver, ensuring all shipping documentation is correct.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Verify all shipping tasks have been accurately completed with a step-by-step log.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Complete production tasks in ERP software (Microsoft D365) as required throughout the shift. &nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Participate in production shift change meetings.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Continually develops a stronger understanding of the operations of the plant to include equipment operations and workflow.
