Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and overall business objectives. Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share in the freight forwarding and logistics sector. Sales Planning & Execution: Establish sales plans, set performance goals, and monitor progress to ensure success. Team Development: Provide training, guidance, and motivation to the sales team to enhance their skills and effectiveness. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Analyze sales performance data, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience. New Business Development: Identify and pursue potential business opportunities to expand the company's customer base. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to drive sales growth and lead high-performing sales teams. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
