    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>OVERVIEW OF POSITION:</strong></p><p>Provides Business Analysis services related to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.</p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES &ndash; Information Technology</strong></p><p><strong>Business &amp; Systems Analysis</strong></p><p>&bull; Partner with business stakeholders across multiple functions to understand business processes and align technology solutions with strategic objectives.</p><p>&bull; Lead the elicitation, documentation, and management of business, functional, and technical requirements.</p><p>&bull; Translate user needs into clear specifications for development teams and facilitate review and sign-off.</p><p>&bull; Analyze current-state workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements or automation.</p><p><strong>ERP Ownership (Epicor Preferred)</strong></p><p>&bull; Work closely with end users to define, configure, test, and optimize ERP system functionality.</p><p>&bull; Serve as second-level support to troubleshoot, resolve, and appropriately escalate ERP-related issues.</p><p>&bull; Coordinate ERP enhancement requests, system changes, and upgrades with IT and business teams.</p><p>&bull; Support the creation and maintenance of master data and ensure data integrity across modules.</p><p><strong>Project Delivery &amp; Governance</strong></p><p>&bull; Lead or participate in IT and business projects using Waterfall or Agile methodologies.</p><p>&bull; Plan and manage activities including requirement workshops, design reviews, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.</p><p>&bull; Prepare feasibility studies, business cases, and technology requirements to support decision-making.</p><p data-pasted=\"true\">&bull; Contribute to RFP processes by defining functional requirements and evaluating software solutions.</p><p>Testing, Training &amp; Change Management</p><p>&bull; Develop and execute test plans, coordinate UAT, and document results.</p><p>&bull; Provide training and documentation to end users on new functionality, processes, and best practices.</p><p>&bull; Support change management processes, ensuring updates are properly communicated and adopted.</p><p><strong>PREFERRED EXPERIENCE &amp; COMPETENCIES:</strong></p><p><strong>ERP Expertise (Epicor Kinetic 11+ preferred)</strong></p><p>Experience in a multi-plant environment in areas including:</p><p>&bull; Master Data (Customers, Vendors, Items)</p><p>&bull; Financials (GL, AP, AR)</p><p>&bull; Sales Order Management (Quotes, Orders)</p><p>&bull; Manufacturing (Planning, Operations, BOMs, Production)</p><p>&bull; MRP &amp; Procurement (PO Suggestions, Requisitioning)</p><p><em>Experience with other ERP systems is also acceptable.</em></p><p><strong>Education &amp; Professional Background</strong></p><p>&bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent practical experience.</p><p>&bull; 3+ years of technical and business-facing experience in systems analysis, configuration, or application support.</p><p>&bull; Experience working in manufacturing environments strongly preferred.</p><p><strong>Personal &amp; Professional Skills</strong></p><p>&bull; Strong alignment with company core values; resilient and results-oriented.</p><p>&bull; Understanding of change control processes for requirement and system artifacts.</p><p>&bull; Experience with Agile methodology (user stories, backlog management, sprint participation).</p><p>&bull; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.</p><p>&bull; Excellent facilitation and communication skills (meetings, documentation, follow-up).</p><p>&bull; Highly organized with strong attention to detail.</p></div></div></div>\n",
