This role is responsible for leading the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of programs that support Indigenous Financial Institutions (IFIs) and their clients.</span><span> </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>The Director will oversee program strategy, budgeting, and performance while ensuring high-quality training, capacity-building initiatives, and measurable impact across the network. This is a key leadership position that works closely with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to strengthen programs and drive meaningful outcomes for Indigenous communities.</span><span> </span><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
