Oversees Risk Management work for complaints and grievances carried out by Care Managers. &nbsp;<br>Works closely with Clinical and Non-Clinical teams for improvement on key performance indicators, designs processes for new initiatives, services and other targets identified by local McLeod Health facility.<br>Serves as an internal consultant to administration, staff, and physicians in the areas of regulatory, process improvement, performance monitoring, and statistical analysis.&nbsp;<br>Other duties as assigned.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Qualifications:<br>Minimum 3–5 years of experience in management of people and processes.&nbsp;<br>Demonstrated skills in planning, leading, and implementing improvement projects with documented outcomes of success.&nbsp;<br>Exhibits the confidence to work with team and department leaders, plus the ability to engage with all levels of the workforce and professional disciplines.<br>&nbsp;</p><p>Education/Licenses:</p><p>Bachelor’s degree in nursing required&nbsp;<br>Master’s degree in nursing or other health related field (MSN, MHA or MBA) preferred or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHC).</p><p>Registered Nursing license in SC or other compact state<br><br>&nbsp;</p>",
