This role will focus specifically on our data center team’s bid management processes, as such prior experience technology and data center tenders and knowledge of bid delivery models is a must-have requirement.&nbsp;<br>\n You will be responsible for the end-to-end bid process – client engagement, planning and managing activities across a range of disciplines and identifying and delivering win strategies. In addition to managing strategic pursuits, you will work proactively with the Arcadis Growth team to identify areas for development and support and actively engage in initiatives within the sector to improve the win rate.&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Role accountabilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with Account Leader on client interactions</li>\n <li>Communicate and align client understanding with client representatives and account team members</li>\n <li>Lead pursuit teams in key discussions including development of commercial strategy</li>\n <li>Author technical elements of proposals and develop content that is tailored to the client's requirements and aligned to the win strategy</li>\n <li>Development and effective management of pursuit budget</li>\n <li>Maintain CRM and pursuit data within Oracle Sales Cloud and activate pursuit Collaboration Hub site</li>\n <li>Ensure commercial excellence across all pursuit stages</li>\n <li>Capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of pursuit processes</li>\n <li>Ability to coordinate with finance and legal teams</li>\n <li>Participate in debriefs and feed lessons learned into other pursuit opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Professional degree in Architecture, Engineering&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Minimum 10 years proven track-record managing pursuits within the technology sector, specific data center experience preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to influence others at all levels of business and building and maintaining professional relationships</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and as part of team</li>\n <li>Understanding of commercial strategies (margin, profitability)</li>\n <li>Ability to coordinate with finance and legal teams</li>\n <li>Ability to work under pressure and meet rigid deadlines</li>\n <li>A natural communicator with excellent written and oral presentation skills</li>\n <li>Excellent time management skills and able to prioritize a busy schedule and workload</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Why Arcadis?</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
