These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Packer </strong></p>\n<p>St. Charles, IL</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Pay Range <strong>$19.32 - 20.91/hr</strong> + $1.50 shift differential for 3rd shift</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Available Shifts</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3rd: 11:00pm - 7:00am</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Packer provides support for the operations team by working safely to feed material into machines in our manufacturing environment, inspect product for defects and pack finished goods in correct configuration</li>\n <li>Performs quality checks and ensures correct counts on various product sizes and packs into the appropriate packaging</li>\n <li>Packer makes minor machine adjustments to minimize interruptions and ensure quality product</li>\n <li>Replacement of adhesive tape in hand tapers and automatic sealing machinery</li>\n <li>Ensure that any finished goods or work in progress identification labels are present and placed in the correct position</li>\n <li>Stacks finished product in correct configuration, ready for transportation</li>\n <li>Responsible for ensuring good housekeeping, and that area(s) of responsibility are safe, clean and tidy</li>\n <li>Promptly inform supervisor of any issues concerning health and safety, hygiene, quality and efficiencies</li>\n <li>Follows all Company established rules and policies; Adheres to all Safety rules and regulations</li>\n <li>Completes paperwork accurately and in a timely manner</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment, is highly preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to work with others effectively as a part of a team is essential</li>\n <li>Ability to follow standard work instructions is required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Benefits</h2>\n<h2>What You'll Get From Us</h2>\n<h3>Benefits</h3>\n<p>With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
