Understands the ingredients in products and can explain their benefits to guests. Answers guests’ questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner.</li>\n  <li>Recommends products for home use.</li>\n  <li>Suggests other beneficial treatments offered in the spa.</li>\n  <li>Ensures that work areas are clean and set according to procedures.</li>\n  <li>Informs Lead Therapist and Spa Director or other management personnel about product needs.</li>\n  <li>Creates and maintains client cards and treatment notes, when appropriate.</li>\n  <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong>Responsibilities</strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n The Licensed Massage Therapist is responsible for providing massages and other body treatments to guests of our facility. The therapist should be able to create an environment of relaxation for the guests and provide experiences that create lasting memories for the guest.\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong>Qualifications</strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>High school graduate or equivalent.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Valid state license in massage therapy or other credentials required by the state.</li>\n  <li>Minimum one year customer service experience; previous spa experience preferred.</li>\n  <li>Knowledge of professional spa services and treatments a plus.</li>\n  <li>Previous massage and body work experience.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Must be able to build rapport with guest.</li>\n  <li>Ability to explain various treatments/services to guests.</li>\n  <li>Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.</li>\n  <li>Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.</li>\n  <li>Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.</li>\n  <li>Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational.</li>\n  <li>Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.</li>\n  <li>Strong team player.</li>\n </ul>\n</div>",
