The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with major Corporate Travel Agencies and proficiency in Sabre. As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel services to corporate clients, managing their travel itineraries, and ensuring their travel needs are met efficiently and effectively.<br><br></p>\n<p>Critical Tasks:<br>Client Relationship Management:</p>\n<p>✅ Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.<br>✅ Understand clients' travel preferences, policies, and requirements to provide personalized service.<br>✅ Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.<br><br></p>\n<p>Travel Planning and Booking:</p>\n<p>✅ Use the Tumodo Platform along with other available tools to research, plan, and book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, trains, and other travel services.<br>✅ Suggest alternate routes, lowest available fares, booking classes, exchange rates, and travel products/services.<br>✅ Handle complex multiple-leg international itineraries, preparing detailed trip plans using preferred vendors.<br>✅ Ensure compliance with clients' travel policies and negotiate rates with vendors to secure the best deals.<br><br></p>\n<p>Travel Coordination and Support:</p>\n<p>✅ Manage all aspects of travel coordination, including ticket issuance, itinerary changes, cancellations, and rebooking.<br>✅ Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel providers to resolve travel disruptions promptly.<br>✅ Provide 24/7 support for clients during travel emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.<br><br></p>\n<p>Continuous Improvement:</p>\n<p>✅ Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and new technologies to enhance service offerings.<br>✅ Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities to improve skills and performance.<br>✅ Identify process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.<br><br></p>\n<p>Requirements for Success:</p>\n<p>✔ Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).<br>✔ Minimum of 2 years of experience as a corporate travel consultant or a similar role.<br>✔ Proficiency in Sabre GDS for travel booking and management.<br>✔ Strong knowledge of major Low-Cost Carriers (LCCs) and their booking platforms.<br>✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (mandatory).<br>✔ Attention to detail and accuracy in travel planning and documentation.<br><br></p>\n<p>If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for corporate travel and a proven ability to drive revenue growth, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
