    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>PeopleTec is currently seeking a <strong>Software Engineer</strong> to support our <strong>El Paso, TX</strong> location.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain Palantir software solutions to support business needs.</li>\n <li>Design, test, and implement AI models to improve business processes.</li>\n <li>Stay up to date with the latest advances in machine learning infrastructure and operations to develop and maintain efficient systems.</li>\n <li>Drive implementation, testing, releases, and monitoring for data processing pipelines and machine learning products.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide technical solutions.</li>\n <li>Analyze and interpret data to extract meaningful insights using Palantir and AI tools.</li>\n <li>Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the development process.</li>\n <li>Conduct research on new Palantir and AI technologies to stay current with industry trends.</li>\n <li>Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.</li>\n <li>Apply knowledge of Agile software development using Scrum.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools.</li>\n <li>Analyze business workflows and apply algorithmic thinking to design solutions that meet specific customer needs.</li>\n <li>Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><u></u><strong><u>Required Skills/Experience</u>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven experience in Palantir software development and Artificial Intelligence.</li>\n <li>Experience designing and implementing ML infrastructure to train and deploy large language models.</li>\n <li>3+ years’ experience in software development.</li>\n <li>2+ years’ experience developing and implementing AI models using machine learning algorithms.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, and React.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with major deep learning frameworks.</li>\n <li>Ability to analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.</li>\n <li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li>\n <li>Strong communication and teamwork skills.</li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in the US.</li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain and hold a DoD Secret Security Clearance, with the possibility to upgrade to Top Secret/SCI.</li>\n <li>Willing to work in El Paso, TX.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Education Requirements</u>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with Palantir software, including Palantir Gotham, Palantir Foundry, and Palantir Metropolis.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Estimated Time To Hire:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>August 2026</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong><em>People First.
