The family consists of two parents and their 9-year-old daughter and resides in a newly built, approximately 5,000-square-foot home with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The husband works from home, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working around family members throughout the day while maintaining professionalism and discretion. The hours will be Monday-Friday 8 am to 4 pm.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h4>Housekeeping & Household Management</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform daily and deep cleaning of the residence</li>\n <li>Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of all living spaces</li>\n <li>Pick up, organize, and put away toys and household items</li>\n <li>Make beds and tidy bedrooms and common areas</li>\n <li>Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces throughout the home</li>\n <li>Clean and maintain bathrooms and kitchen areas</li>\n <li>Empty trash and recycling as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Laundry & Wardrobe Care</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Wash, dry, fold, and properly store family laundry</li>\n <li>Iron and steam clothing and household linens as needed</li>\n <li>Manage linens, towels, and seasonal items</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Pet Care</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Feed and let out the family's two small dogs (approximately 12 lbs each)</li>\n <li>Ensure the dogs' daily needs are met while the family is home</li>\n <li>Candidates open to providing pet care during the family's travel periods, either in the family's home or their own home, for additional compensation are strongly preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Household Operations</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Bring in mail and packages daily</li>\n <li>Maintain inventory of household products and supplies</li>\n <li>Notify the family when items need to be reordered</li>\n <li>Coordinate with and oversee household vendors, including:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Landscaping team</li>\n   <li>Pool maintenance company</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Let vendors into the home/property as needed and keep track of service visits and schedules</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Has prior experience working as a Housekeeper in a private home</li>\n <li>Is organized, self-motivated, and takes initiative</li>\n <li>Is comfortable working independently and anticipating household needs</li>\n <li>Can work efficiently while family members are present in the home</li>\n <li>Is discreet, dependable, and trustworthy</li>\n <li>Is comfortable with dogs and enjoys being around pets</li>\n <li>Possesses strong English communication skills</li>\n <li>Has excellent references from previous private household positions</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Legally authorized to work in the United States</li>\n <li>Fluent English speaker</li>\n <li>Valid driver's license preferred</li>\n <li>Non-smoker</li>\n <li>Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and reference verification</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary and Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Hourly Rate:</strong> $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience</li>\n <li><strong>Paid Time Off:</strong> Two (2) weeks of PTO annually, to be used for vacation and/or sick time</li>\n <li><strong>Federal Holidays:</strong> Paid federal holidays provided</li>\n <li><strong>Health Insurance:</strong> Family is open to reimbursing medical insurance costs for the right candidate</li>\n</ul>",
