      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>\n<p>5–7+ years of progressive maintenance experience in a high-volume warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>3+ years in a supervisory or management role overseeing a multi-trade maintenance team.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Hands-on expertise in building mechanical systems, industrial equipment, automated material handling/conveyance systems, and garment care or dry-cleaning equipment.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong background implementing TPM and continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, RCA, and PDCA methodologies.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Knowledgeable in CMMS platforms, OSHA and NFPA regulations, environmental compliance, and Industry 4.0 technologies such as predictive maintenance and IoT-based monitoring.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>TPM Practitioner or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certified preferred.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Excellent problem-solving, root cause analysis, and prioritization skills, with a customer-focused mindset in fast-paced, high-volume operations.</p>\n</li>\n\n</div>"
