Casino facilities, property, and equipment.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Where You'll Make an Impact</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for general maintenance of all facilities of the Live! Casino property.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of the HVAC system, alarm system, and generators.</li>\n <li>Painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other projects relating to maintenance of the property.</li>\n <li>Preventative maintenance as scheduled on all equipment.</li>\n <li>Responsible to ensure thorough the proper maintenance and repair of the Live! Casino facility the safety and security of all guests and team members.</li>\n <li>Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing gaming table layouts.</li>\n <li>Operate all types of hand tools, power tools, and machinery that relate to the function of a maintenance shop. Chemicals used in maintenance. Ladders, bucket truck, forklift, and safety equipment.</li>\n <li>Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude. Complete knowledge of all facilities and entertainment available to guest.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Skills You'll Need to Succeed</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions.</li>\n <li>Ability to use all necessary tools and equipment to perform maintenance functions.</li>\n <li>Answer all calls promptly and maintain politeness; pay attention to the needs of team members and guests at all times.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of OSHA required standards and safety requirements.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of personal protective equipment.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>A Few Must Haves</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A. High school diploma or equivalent. Some technical school training and certification is preferred</li>\n <li>Two (2) plus years’ experience in maintenance in a commercial facility.
