Only requests for accommodations in the application process will be returned.    Sun-Source | Privacy Policy Essential Functions Develop and execute a strategic sales plan in collaboration with your District Sales Manager Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and presentations Grow and maintain strong relationships with existing customers across a defined territory Leverage support from expert inside sales and technical teams to deliver value-added solutions Use CRM tools and data insights to effectively manage your pipeline and territory Experience, Education and Skills Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or a 2-year technical degree (Fluid Power focus preferred), or equivalent experience 3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience (Fluid Power sales is a strong plus and preferred) Hands-on experience with fluid power systems, components, and troubleshooting is a big advantage Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally overnight We Offer Industry competitive compensation program Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) with match Paid vacation, holidays, and tuition reimbursement Mileage reimbursement and business expense coverage Ongoing professional training and development opportunities A respected brand with the backing of a nationwide network and local support
