font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Provide swimmers knowledge to understand and master strokes allowing for movement up through swim lessons and the swim team groups.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Actively instruct group lessons and/or stroke clinics.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Be on deck before swimmers begin practice to greet swimmers.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Assist with set up and running of swim meets as deemed necessary by the Head Swim Coach.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Communicate effectively with the Head Swim Coach and the Aquatics Director about daily practice procedures, emergencies and information regarding swimmers and the swim team well-being.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Provide constructive feedback that will enhance swimmer&rsquo;s techniques.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Maintain structure and discipline within a group setting, while encouraging and promoting student participation in a positive manner.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Engage parents and cultivate relationships to create a collaborative swim team environment.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Actively participate in YMCA events and activities and adhere to the YMCA Core Values.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Ensure the YMCA goals of fun, teamwork, sportsmanship and skill development are met on a weekly basis.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Assist with maintaining pool areas in regards to equipment, safety, inventory and cleanliness.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Follow YMCA policies and procedures, including those related to medical and disciplinary situations, child abuse prevention and emergency procedures.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;
