Description Job Summary: 7 17 Credit Union is seeking a strategic and analytical leader to oversee our financial planning, reporting, and analysis functions. This role provides direction for key financial initiatives, ensuring accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and effective planning to support the credit union’s financial goals. members within the department All positions at 7 17 Credit Union may be assigned additional duties as needed Qualifications & Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (required) Advanced degree such as MBA, CFA, or CPA (strongly preferred) Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis within the financial services industry (credit union or banking experience preferred) Progressive leadership/management experience required for Director or VP-level candidates Experience preparing reports and presenting complex financial concepts to senior leadership, including CEO and Board of Directors Strong knowledge of financial institution accounting standards and regulatory requirements Title and compensation will be aligned with experience, competencies, and demonstrated capabilities Core Competencies Ability to manage a high volume of complex initiatives and competing priorities Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team Advanced analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills,
