Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete all the required duties upon the opening and closing of the bar.</li>\n <li>Provide courteous service of frozen daiquiris and beverages, including offering samples of frozen daiquiris as well as suggestive selling of other beverage items.</li>\n <li>Responsible for stocking and maintaining the bar area in a clean and orderly fashion.</li>\n <li>Clean, sanitize and lubricate daiquiri freezers according to designated schedule and instruction.</li>\n <li>Greet guest seated in the bar area or standing at the bar in a friendly manner, creating an upbeat, fun environment.</li>\n <li>Take drink orders and serve promptly, making sure to check I.D.’s for proof of age and following all company and state guidelines regarding Responsible Serving.</li>\n <li>Make all drinks accurately, according to recipe including daiquiri batch production, in the proper cup with the proper garnish.</li>\n <li>Slices and pits fruit as required.</li>\n <li>Prepares and delivers guest food orders according to established guidelines as needed.</li>\n <li>Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines.</li>\n <li>Serves as ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functions; appears in publicity photos.</li>\n <li>Promotes casino events and programs.</li>\n <li>Provides personalized service and uses guest name.</li>\n <li>Resolves service problems according to guidelines.</li>\n <li>Operates and maintains all equipment and utensils as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures.</li>\n <li>Operates a cash register/POS System, ringing proper amount into the register and giving the guest or server the correct change; accounts for all cash; maintains integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.</li>\n <li>Works well with others, especially beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, and supervisors.</li>\n <li>Maintains a clean and stocked workstation in accordance with established health and safety guidelines.</li>\n <li>Maintains the cleanliness of the restaurant, bar and other guest areas.</li>\n <li>Any and all duties as assigned by your Supervisor or a member of management.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be at least 21 years of age.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course; previous bar experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Read, write legibly, understand and speak English.</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service/communication skills.</li>\n <li>Count money and change correctly.</li>\n <li>Knows cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques.</li>\n <li>Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.</li>\n <li>Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy. </li>\n <li>Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodation.</li>\n <li>Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.</li>\n <li>Able to work in constricting areas.</li>\n <li>Able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, bright lights. </li>\n <li>Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment.</li>\n <li>Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
