At Ciocca Infiniti of Flemington you’ll have the opportunity to have a positive impact on our customers and our community while achieving your financial and career goals!</strong></p><p><u><strong>Qualifications:</strong></u></p><ul><li>College degree preferred or equivalent experience</li><li>Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures preferred</li><li>Previous dealership and management experience a plus</li><li>Quality customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills</li><li>Well-versed in title laws and registration process</li><li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record</li></ul><p><u><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases.</li><li>Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.</li><li>Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.</li><li>Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.</li><li>Accurately audit team deals post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements.</li><li>Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.</li><li>Coach salespeople on standard methodologies for closing deals and provide mentorship to improve sales performance.</li><li>Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.</li><li>Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals</li></ul><p><u><strong>What we offer:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Pay is draw plus percentage. $100,000-$130,000 yearly wage range</li><li>Full Time including some Saturdays.</li><li>PTO and holidays</li><li>401(K) retirement plan with company matching</li><li>Competitive compensation; industry leading pay plan</li><li>The top insurance program in the industry including medical, dental, prescription and vision</li><li>Advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family</li><li>Employee discounts:</li></ul><p>At Ciocca Infiniti of Flemington our team members enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment.
