Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive net-new revenue by owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close. This is a true hunter role suited for someone who thrives on outbound activity, converting opportunities into revenue, and building pipeline with urgency and persistence. What you will do Own and close new customer opportunities within your assigned territory Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, events, and strategic networking (in addition to inbound/BDR leads) Lead the full sales cycle from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close Develop and execute territory plans focused on new logo acquisition and revenue growth Run in-depth discovery conversations to uncover customer needs and align solutions Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate Cerio’s value and ROI Manage complex sales processes, including objections, buying committees, and commercial negotiations Forecast revenue accurately and maintain pipeline visibility within the CRM Track market trends and competitive activity to sharpen positioning and deal strategy What you bring Proven success closing new business and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets Experience selling into complex or emerging technology markets (Composable Disaggregated Infrastructure or Server, Data Center environments preferred) Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and deal discipline Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating independently in a growth-stage company Proficiency with CRM tools and sales forecasting Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites across Canada and/or the U.S. Total Rewards This role offers a competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary plus performance-based sales incentives, a comprehensive health benefits package, and time-off programs.
