Job Summary</strong></p><p>The Senior Analyst – OneStream XF is responsible for the <strong>administration, configuration, support, and enhancement of the OneStream platform</strong>, supporting financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes.</p><p>This role works closely with Finance and IT stakeholders to deliver <strong>reliable, scalable, and optimized OneStream solutions</strong>, focusing on <strong>automation, standardization, data integrity, and performance improvement</strong>. The individual acts as a <strong>subject matter expert (SME)</strong> and contributes to continuous system and process enhancements.</p><hr><p><strong>II. Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Application Support &amp; Operations</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Provide day-to-day support for the OneStream XF platform including issue resolution and service requests</li><li>Monitor system performance, availability, and data processing</li><li>Coordinate with OneStream support/vendor for escalations and fixes</li></ul><hr><p><strong>Configuration &amp; Development</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Configure and maintain OneStream components including:<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Business Rules (Finance/Extender)</li><li>Security setup</li><li>Dimensions and metadata management</li><li>Data sources and transformation rules</li><li>Workflow channels and workflow profiles</li><li>Forms, Cube Views, Dashboards, and Dashboard artifacts</li><li>Data Management and Quick Views</li></ul></li><li>Translate business requirements into system design and technical solutions</li><li>Perform impact analysis and implement enhancements aligned to business needs</li></ul><hr><p><strong>Financial Processes Support</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Support and enhance:&nbsp;<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li><strong>Financial Consolidation and Close processes</strong></li><li><strong>Planning and forecasting models</strong></li></ul></li><li>Align system configurations and calculations to business processes</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting</li></ul><hr><p><strong>Data Management &amp; Reconciliation</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Manage data loads, transformations, and validations</li><li>Perform <strong>data reconciliation between OneStream and source systems (Oracle Fusion)</strong></li><li>Ensure strict adherence to <strong>data governance and integrity standards</strong></li></ul><hr><p><strong>Release &amp; Change Management</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Support system releases, upgrades, and patches</li><li>Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support</li><li>Ensure minimal business disruption during deployments</li></ul><hr><p><strong>Reporting &amp; Analytics</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Design and maintain:&nbsp;<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Financial reports</li><li>Dashboards and Cube Views</li></ul></li><li>Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests</li></ul><hr><p><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams to gather requirements</li><li>Act as a bridge between technical and functional stakeholders</li><li>Provide expert guidance on OneStream capabilities and best practices</li></ul><hr><p><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Identify and implement automation and optimization opportunities</li><li>Drive standardization of finance processes within OneStream</li><li>Stay updated with latest OneStream XF features and releases</li></ul><hr><p><strong>Knowledge Management</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Act as OneStream SME within the team</li><li>Mentor junior team members and share best practices</li><li>Create documentation, user guides, and training materials</li></ul><hr><p><strong>III.
