Product Manager

Why Auctor Auctor is building the AI layer for professional services and software implementation. We're going after one of the biggest software categories of the decade. What We Do As a Product Manager, you'll work at the intersection of our customers, engineering team, and go-to-market motion to shape how Auctor's platform evolves. Your mission is to deeply understand the workflows of enterprise implementation teams and translate those insights into product decisions that move fast and compound. You'll partner closely with our engineers and deployment strategists to define what we build, why we build it, and how we measure success. This role demands strong product intuition, comfort operating in ambiguity, and genuine curiosity about how enterprise software gets delivered. No Two Days Are the Same, But You Can Expect To: Talk to customers regularly to uncover workflow pain points, unmet needs, and opportunities to unlock more value Define and prioritize the product roadmap in collaboration with engineering and leadership Work closely with deployment strategists to translate field insights into product improvements Instrument product usage and analyze data to inform decisions and measure outcomes Partner with go-to-market on positioning, demos, and launch readiness Identify opportunities to expand Auctor's footprint across new artifact types, use cases, and customer segments What We Value Intellectual curiosity—you're not satisfied with surface-level answers and will dive deep into customer problems Low ego—the outcome matters more than who gets credit Comfort with ambiguity—you thrive in unstructured environments and open-ended problems Bias for action—you'd rather ship something imperfect than wait for perfect Customer obsession—you genuinely enjoy solving hard problems for real people Adaptability—willing to learn, guide, lead, and follow as the situation demands What You'll Have 2–8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B or enterprise software Strong written and verbal communication skills—you can write a great spec and present to a C-suite exec with equal confidence Comfort with technical concepts; you don't need to write code, but you can hold your own in an engineering conversation Experience using data to drive product decisions Nice to Have Familiarity with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, NetSuite, Workday) or implementation workflows Background in consulting, professional services, or solutions engineering Experience at an early-stage startup Exposure to AI/ML products and how they're deployed in enterprise contexts Compensation Range $130,000–$230,000 Benefits Competitive equity package Health, dental, and vision insurance Flexible PTO
