font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experienced in at least one or more methods of installing, such as hydraulic pulling, air assisted blowing, or aerial.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Able to properly communicate with other team members to ensure the installation process is followed in sync. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Able to calculate footages to ensure cable is placed according to construction plans. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Able to install multiple cables in one conduit at a time. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Able to install cables through occupied conduit (override).  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Able to properly set up and bypass vaults during all methods of installation along with coordination of other team members during this process. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Able to properly tie on and secure tracer wire, mule tape, or jet line as needed. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Able to diagnose issues and find solutions as they arise during cable installation. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Able to use rodders, compressors or other tools to troubleshoot issues. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Able to communicate issues and solutions to Foreman. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Able to operate a bucket truck and climb poles using gaffs. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Able to set anchors and down guys. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Able to raise and lower lines on poles as needed. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Able to install strand and lash single or multiple cables. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Able to store cable slack using brackets or snowshoes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Familiar with different aerial cable placement methods.
