    "description": "<p><span>Are you a dedicated, passionate professional looking to grow your career with a company long-term? Join </span><span><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-weight: bold\">Hall Shoring and Foundations</span> </span><span>as a <span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-weight: bold\">Concrete Pump Operator</span></span><span>!</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your day-to-day will look like: </span><br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Operate line pump and static agitator simultaneously</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Fuel equipment and complete pre trip and daily/weekly maintenance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Walk the line, connect concrete hoses, mix grout and prime lines prior to pumping concrete</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Spot concrete trucks to pump location</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Communicate with Rig OP and Lead hand to start/stop/reverse flow of concrete being pumped or if not enough concrete is onsite</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Monitor slump on concrete, monitor hoses and pressures, monitor concrete times,</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Track and record strokes for each pile, </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">provide feedback on concrete quantities onsite at EOD, track concrete sent away at EOD and report to Super/FM.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Clean equipment at EOD and as required throughout the day</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Conduct the pre-use inspection of their equipment and daily completion of the equipment Logbook</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Know the operator’s manual for their piece of equipment. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ensure ground conditions can support equipment. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Utilize a spotter when backing in concrete trucks to hopper. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Wear required PPE. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ensure work area and access roads are kept level and free of obstruction and ruts. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ask for directions from supervisor whenever unsure of task. </span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You have the following qualifications, technical and interpersonal skills: </span><br><br></span><em><span>Qualifications</span></em><span>:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>0-2 years of experience is preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span>Piling / Foundation Drilling Experience is a benefit.
