  "description": "<p>We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our pan-european Infrastructure, Energy and Project Finance team as a Manager. You will be based in Paris. In this role, your work will mainly focus on:</p><ul><li><p>Take an active role, as a manager, in the structuring and execution of infrastructure and energy transactions/projects; in the context of public tender, private financing or refinancing, across Europe and other geographies</p></li><li><p>Coordinate the day-to-day execution of the transaction/projects, including, financial modelling, financial structuring and financing documentation redaction and other technical workstreams but also communication with clients, interaction with lenders and/or investors</p></li><li><p>Develop presentations and reports (teaser, information memorandum, financial analysis) in the context of debt raising process</p></li><li><p>Manage the overall deal process on live transaction/project</p></li><li><p>Take an active role in the commercial development of the Eight Advisory offer: originate financial advisory mandates, participate in marketing activities, undertake any other similar tasks relating to Eight Advisory's entrepreneurial value.</p></li></ul>",
