    "description": "<p>we are a repo company looking for lot attendants to facilitate the incoming and outgoing vehicle we collect via repossession.<br><br><br><br>Responsibilities:<br>- Manage the organization and inventory of recovered vehicles<br>- Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of personal property collected from recovered vehicles<br>- Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of lot inventory<br>- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the lot<br>- Assist with the transfer of vehicles to the appropriate storage or redemption lot<br>- Follow detailed instructions and company procedures accurately</p>\n<p>-Work outside in Hot and Cold climate<br><br>Requirements:<br>- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions<br>- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly<br>- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task<br>- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions<br>- Highly motivated and proactive<br>- Effective communication skills; ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus<br>- Flexibility to work overtime on short notice and adjust to varying schedules<br><br></p>",
