Because at Intellectix, it's not what we do, it's why we do it.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Key Responsibilities</span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guide scrum-team through all sprints of a program increment, removing impediments and championing the team</li>\n<li>Organize and facilitate sprint planning and release planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other agile related events</li>\n<li>Track and communicate team metrics and sprint/release progress to all teams and management</li>\n<li>Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency on product and sprint backlogs</li>\n<li>Assist product owners with backlog grooming</li>\n<li>Determine and remove impediments that interfere with the ability of the teams to deliver assigned goals</li>\n<li>Promote continuous improvement and help teams to increase velocity<br></li>\n<li>Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters experimentation, creativity and innovation</li>\n<li>Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution</li>\n<li>Assist team with making appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition</li>\n<li>Assist with internal and external communication</li>\n<li>Assist the scrum team in developing and estimating user stories that are clearly articulated with well-defined acceptance criteria<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Qualifications</span>:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Education/Experience</span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, and work experience</li>\n<li>Experience leading Agile Scrum teams in a cloud environment</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of DevSecOps and/or software/application development processes</li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of systems engineering principles, methods, and techniques</li>\n<li>Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills<br></li>\n<li>Experience with Atlassian Agile Products; specifically JIRA and Confluence</li>\n<li>Active TS/SCI clearance required to start and must be able to obtain a CI Poly</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Required Skills</span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience working within the DoD or IC Community</li>\n<li>Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification</li>\n<li>Scaled Agile Framework for the enterprise (SAFe) Agilist Certification<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Join Intellectix and be part of a dynamic team that thrives on tempo, teamwork, and technical excellence.
