Capco Cybersecurity is a multi-faceted team focused on evaluating, defining, and delivering risk-aware solutions for leading financial services organizations. We are seeking a Managing Principal to help scale our Cybersecurity practice at a pivotal stage of growth. This role blends senior leadership responsibilities—driving business development, leading delivery, and developing teams—with a mandate to shape and lead our Cyber + AI offering. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to build market propositions, develop pipelines, deliver impactful programs, and grow a high-performing team.
