      "content": "\n<li>Overall administrative responsibility to ensure service delivery meets organizational standards and contractual obligations.</li>\n<li>On-site presence for an average of 40 working hours per week during program hours Monday through Friday.</li>\n<li>Responsible for overall administration of the day-to-day delivery of program activities in the absence of the Program Director.</li>\n<li>Provide oversight, training, and support to the Supervising Counselor.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with the Supervising Counselor to develop the monthly reports documenting counseling staff's progress made towards achieving their AOD certification.</li>\n<li>Coordinate monthly staff training days with the Supervising Counselor.</li>\n<li>Support the Program Director as requested; and,</li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with CDCR/CCHCS and institution staff.</li>\n"

      "text": "What You Will Bring:",
      "content": "\n<li><em>As</em><strong><em> Associate Program Director</em></strong><em> you must meet <strong>ONE</strong> of the following minimum requirements:</em></li>\n\n<div><strong>Required</strong>:</div>\n\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in a social service-related field and at least one (1) year of supervisory experience working in a SUDT Program. <em><strong>OR</strong></em></li>\n<li>An Associate degree in a social service-related field and at least three (2) years of supervisory experience working in a SUDT Program. <em><strong>OR</strong></em></li>\n<li>High School Diploma / GED and Four (4) years of supervisory experience working in a SUDT Program. <strong><em>AND</em></strong></li>\n<li>Be certified as an AOD Counselor by a certifying organization approved by DHCS at a level that allows the Supervising Counselor to provide clinical verification of internship hours for AOD Counseling staff and OMCP Mentors.</li>\n<li>AOC certification is required unless exempt as a licensed professional or registered associates as specified in the Agreement.&nbsp;</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n\n<li>Understanding of causes, symptoms, and effects of substance abuse; appreciation for the behavioral, psychological, physical and social effects of drug abuse.</li>\n<li>Understanding or program curriculum, objectives, and best practices for implementation.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of contractual requirements of ISUDTP is essential.</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal, written communications and typing skills. Operational knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, and Access.</li>\n<li>Ability to maintain sensitivity and objectivity under pressures generated by association with substance abuse treatment participants.</li>\n<li>Ability to provide genuine warmth, empathy and honest sensitive to program participants to facilitate positive change.</li>\n<li>Ability to provide program participants with frequent acknowledgment and reinforcement for positive behaviors, as well as consistent and predictable feedback for negative behaviors, which may include reporting violations to CDCR staff.</li>\n<li>Ability to develop a treatment alliance with participants. Demonstrate ethical behavior in order to maintain professional standards and safeguard the participant.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate proper attitudes and techniques towards faculty, institution staff, and program participants, and model professional, effective work habit and responsible living.</li>\n"
