    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><h2><strong>ROLE:</strong> Special Access Program (SAP) Security Officer (SO)</h2><p><strong>REQUIRED:</strong></p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Active Clearance: Top Secret (TS), SCI preferred (Immediate eligibility for SCI/SAP required)</li><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Ability to work onsite at Shaw AFB, SC</li><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Minimum of two (2) years working as a Special Access Program Security Officer</li></ul><p><strong>FUNCTION:</strong></p><div style=\"font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><ul><li>Plans, organizes, and assists in directing activities of the Advanced Programs Office, ensuring SAP security complies with legal and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Serves as focal point for management of SAPs, SCI, and multiple security disciplines (information, personnel, physical, industrial, cybersecurity).</li><li>Develops, maintains, and submits program protection implementation plans.</li><li>Coordinates with DOD personnel to create secure environments for SAP information.</li><li>Develops and administers processes and procedures for SAP access, including reviewing DD Forms 254 for classification guidance.</li><li>Conducts facility security clearance surveys and periodic security inspections.</li><li>Administers procedures for processing SAP access requests, eligibility, and documentation.</li><li>Oversees indoctrination of personnel into SAPs, maintains electronic personnel information folders.</li><li>Manages adverse information reporting, SAP access databases, billet rosters, visit certifications, security training, and entry authority lists.</li><li>Develops and administers security education and training programs (SETA).</li><li>Monitors work assigned to subordinate organizations and employees, ensuring priorities and schedules are met</li></ul></div><p><strong>DESCRIPTION:</strong><br>Constellation West is a 29-year WOSB and Prime Federal Contractor bidding on support work for a US Air Force attack wing at Shaw AFB, South Carolina.<br><em>Personnel we include at this time will have first right to openings when awarded.</em></p><p><strong>ABOUT US:</strong><br>Constellation West is an award-winning company that delivers Information Technology (IT) engineering services and solutions and non-IT subject matter expertise worldwide.
