    "description": "<p>We’re looking for an FX Product Manager to:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>co-develop a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap covering the full product development lifecycle</li>\n<li>lead and drive FX product initiatives iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members in the pod</li>\n<li>act as product owner within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies and ensuring the product requirements are clear to designers and engineers.</li>\n<li>ensure the product is being tested together with clients to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch before market entry (e.g., UX testing, end user testing and research insights)</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with clients to conduct comprehensive product testing—such as UX assessments, end user testing, and research analysis—to gather valuable insights and confirm launch readiness prior to market entry.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>support pod Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals</li>\n<li>ensure the quality and compliance of the product, from also a technical and non-functional requirement (i.e. production stability, performance, maintainability, ...)</li>\n<li>For the right candidate the option to take on team lead responsibilities and guide other Product Managers in their career development.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Requirement:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 8-10 years of Product Manager or Business Analyst experience in an Agile delivery model within the financial industry.</li>\n<li>Sound understanding of Trading is highly desirable, preferably in the FX space</li>\n<li>Team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Technical experience with trading applications</li>\n<li>Strong communication and collaboration skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels</li>\n<li>Attitude to own and drive the changes from inception to roll-out</li>\n<li>Setting and delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results)</li>\n</ul>",
