This role ensures that all decals are applied according to customer specifications and company quality standards, contributing to the professional appearance and branding of each vehicle.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></u></p><p><br></p><p>• Prepare vehicle surfaces for decal application, including cleaning, measuring, and marking.</p><p>• Apply vinyl graphics, decals, and wraps using proper tools and techniques to ensure alignment and</p><p>adhesion.</p><p>• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or design layouts.</p><p>• Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy.</p><p>• Maintain a clean and organized work area.</p><p>• Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and any issues.</p><p>• Assist with decal design layout or production as needed.</p><p>• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Qualifications:<br></strong></u></p><p>• High school diploma or equivalent.</p><p>• 1+ year of experience in vinyl decal application or a related field preferred.</p><p>• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.</p><p>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p><p>• Familiarity with tools such as squeegees, heat guns, and cutting tools.</p><p>• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods, work at heights, climb ladders</p><p>• Automotive or body shop experience is a plus</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Tasks require the regular and sustained performance of moderately physically demanding work.</li><li>Some combination of climbing and balancing to include climbing ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.</li><li>May involve the lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of moderately heavy objects and materials (20-50 pounds).</li></ul><p><u><strong>Environmental Exposures: </strong></u>Performance of essential functions may require exposure to adverse environmental conditions, such as odors, fumes, temperature and noise extremes, hazardous materials, toxic agents, machinery, heavy equipment, vibrations, or traffic hazards.</p>",
