The role carries meaningful responsibility and offers growth potential for a technically strong candidate interested in expanding their expertise and taking on increasing responsibility over time. This position operates within a deadline-driven environment where filing dates, press releases, and transaction activity create periods requiring extended hours and weekend availability. Candidates should be prepared for these demands and comfortable performing at a high level when priorities shift and timelines compress. Outside of peak periods, the role offers flexibility in schedule and work location.
