The team member must possess a thorough knowledge of accounting principles and best practices. They will provide guidance on finance business processes, and all controls, and financial management systems, in support of the client&apos;s efforts to produce auditable financial statements.<br /></p><p><br /></p>",

Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following capabilities: federal accounting and/or auditing, federal financial statement audits, audit/internal controls testing<br />2. Minimum 2 years of financial improvement and audit readiness experience.<br />3. Bachelor&apos;s degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field.<br />4. Eligible to receive a secret clearance.<br /></p><p><b>Preferred Requirements :</b></p><ul><li>Big 4 experience with accounting or auditing on federal engagements</li><li>Proven ability to work independently and as a team member</li><li> Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills</li><li>Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills</li><li>Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian</li><li>Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian </li><li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA) strongly preferred <br /></li></ul><p><br /></p>",
