You will set the standard for BI engineering best practices, mentor team members, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver data products that power critical decisions. From <strong>ingestion to modeling to reporting</strong>, you will architect technical solutions that transform how we leverage data as a competitive advantage.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Lead BI Strategy &amp; Execution</strong><ul type=\"circle\"><li>Translate business goals into scalable, data-driven solutions that empower decision-making.</li><li>Build robust, scalable data pipelines and semantic models that power advanced BI and analytics.</li><li>Champion data governance best practices including data lineage, cataloging, access controls, and quality monitoring to ensure trusted enterprise-wide analytics.</li><li>Define and enforce deployment governance standards to ensure BI assets are delivered in a consistent, reliable, and auditable manner.</li><li>Develop CI/CD pipelines for Fabric and Power BI assets.</li><li>From ingestion to modeling to reporting, you will architect and implement technical solutions.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Deliver Reliable, Actionable Insights</strong><ul type=\"circle\"><li>Ensure that reporting pipelines, daily jobs, and data validation processes operate seamlessly to provide trusted business intelligence.</li><li>Partner with stakeholders to design KPIs, dashboards, and analytics products that address evolving business needs while adhering to data stewardship and governance protocols.</li><li>Deliver visually compelling, intuitive Power BI dashboards and reports that tell a clear story and enable data-driven decisions.</li><li>Regularly demo new BI solutions to business teams, incorporating feedback into iterative improvements.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Team &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong><ul type=\"circle\"><li>Drive backlog refinement, planning, execution, and delivery of BI projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.</li><li>Manage BI platforms with a focus on performance, scalability, governance, and security.</li><li>Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to BI processes, tools, and methodologies.</li></ul></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.&nbsp;</li><li>8+ years of experience in BI engineering, data analytics, and data governance practices.</li><li>Significant, end-to-end expertise in Power BI &mdash; including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, workspace governance, embedding, security, deployment pipelines, and administration.&nbsp;</li><li>Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric for data integration, governance, and analytics at scale.</li><li>Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience in relational databases and cloud data warehouses (including MS SQL Server and Fabric).</li><li>Experience implementing data governance practices and CI/CD pipelines for BI or data platforms.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Experience leading BI teams or mentoring junior engineers.</li><li>Background in finance, real estate, or related industries.</li><li>Exposure to advanced analytics, predictive modeling, or machine learning applications.</li></ul><p><br></p><div style=\"border: 0px;
