Collaborate with REL Technology and REL Support teams to create, manage, and maintain product boards and backlogs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Benefits:• Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance• Employer-Paid Life Insurance• Employer-Paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance• 401(k) • Paid Time Off (PTO) that includes Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, and 11 Paid Holidays• Educational Assistance</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Salary: 60k-90k depending on experience</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click here to learn about BRMi's culture.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click here to see BRMi’s Glassdoor reviews</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Clearly communicate status updates and issues in both oral and written formats; lead product meetings.</li>\n <li>Author a wide range of user stories, features, and backlog items; provide constructive feedback on peer submissions.</li>\n <li>Serve as liaison between Mortgage Systems & Solutions teams and business stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Conduct thorough requirements analysis and validation to ensure completeness, consistency, clarity, feasibility, and ensure they comply with the established standards.</li>\n <li>Solve business partners problems by designing system solutions, interviewing stakeholders, evaluating alternatives, and presenting findings.</li>\n <li>Manage medium to large projects or product lines independently or as part of a team.</li>\n <li>Identify and escalate risks or issues with well-considered mitigation strategies.</li>\n <li>Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements using interviews, document analysis, storyboards, use cases, and diagrams.</li>\n <li>Represent requirements through epics, features, stories, models, diagrams, prototypes, or scenarios to enhance team understanding.</li>\n <li>Track and manage requirements and changes throughout the product lifecycle using backlog and board tools.</li>\n <li>Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and artifacts.</li>\n <li>Continuously seek opportunities to expand industry and domain knowledge.</li>\n <li>Contribute to process improvements within the department or branch.</li>\n <li>Participate in third-party vendor evaluations and selections as needed.</li>\n <li>Perform additional duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio); produces polished, professional deliverables.</p></li>\n <li><p>Skilled in data querying, reporting, and analysis (e.g., SQL).</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies.</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong understanding of IT solution development and delivery.</p></li>\n <li><p>Effective planning, organizational, and multitasking skills.</p></li>\n <li><p>Familiarity with ServiceNow platform.</p></li>\n <li><p>Preferred: Certifications in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</p></li>\n <li><p>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field-or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>** BRMi will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.**</strong></p>\n<p><strong>**This is a W2 opportunity only**</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>EOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disabled </strong></p>\n<p>We are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and commitment at all levels.
