    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The <strong>Senior Knowledge Manager - Quality Assurance Framework (QAF) </strong>utilizes skills to manage and distribute information across the program to ensure effective knowledge sharing and utilization to enhance knowledge transfer and operational efficiency and innovation.  This position focuses on QAF.  Responsibilities are, but are not limited to: </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge Manager specifically: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Align processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and stakeholders for analytic production. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Utilize centralized and peripheral databases, content management and records management systems. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop optimal workflows and processes for document and information sharing. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop a document management system, including features such as document upload, search, and retrieval. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure stakeholders have access to the information they need. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Compile reports on performance and usage metrics for knowledge management capabilities to include, but not limited to search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data, production and tasking. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Disseminate intelligence products across networks and portals. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Design and develop user-friendly interfaces for deliverables and documentation to ensure easy navigation and accessibility for all users. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>QAF specifically: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Utilize research and testing to inform design decisions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure the application meets the needs of the AI assurance program. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop workflows for document and information sharing,  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure stakeholders have access to the information they need. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify and document optimal business practices and associated workflows. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop a document management system to include document repository, upload, search, retrieval, and version-control. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop API for integration and ensure all integrations are tested and validated before implementation. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain application and performance to ensure QAF program needs are achieved. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Utilize data, performance and analytics to inform decisions and for operational excellence continuous improvements. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide application documents, user training, and ongoing user support for application use, benefits awareness, and best practices. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 17 years of experience or Master’s degree with a minimum of 12 years of work experience. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experienced with IT systems, databases, and key software applications. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong technical writing skills to produce and revise content. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Capacity to adapt to changing situations to prioritize tasks effectively. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with users and stakeholders. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in a relevant field. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience working in the customer environment is preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Security Clearance: </strong> </p>\n<p>This Position requires an Active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain a Poly, US Citizenship is required to hold this clearance.  </p>\n<h2>Peraton Overview</h2>\n<p>Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
