    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Shift</strong></p>\n<p>2nd Shift / 2pm to 10:30pm / Monday to Friday - Additional days or overtime as required to complete the daily demands      </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>About the Role:</u></strong></p>\n<p>As a core member of our production team, you will be expected to: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be responsible for the proper warehousing of raw materials to support the manufacturing process</li>\n <li>Act in support of the recycling and disposal of corrugated waste and garbage generated through daily production</li>\n <li>Be trained to receive packaging and ingredients, as well as production material set up</li>\n <li>Review the BOM’s to ensure they are accurate and complete when supporting the manufacturing floor</li>\n <li>Be dedicated to the QCDSM process, adhere to SQF guidelines, and support the production of safe, high quality products and team member safety</li>\n</ul>\n<p>As your employer, Perry’s will help you to achieve all of the above goals through feedback, education, and continuous professional development.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>What We’re Looking For:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Flexibility of schedule. </li>\n <li>Able to work some overtime as needed.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds</li>\n <li>Problem solving (analysis and resolution) skills required.</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.</li>\n <li>Must be willing to be trained and use the yard tractor as needed</li>\n <li>Possess strong mathematical and logic skills.</li>\n <li>Good housekeeping skills</li>\n <li>Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods</li>\n <li>Responsible for following all safety procedures</li>\n <li>Support manufacturing needs as required</li>\n <li>Must be willing and capable of receiving a forklift license</li>\n <li>Computer skills – willing to learn Outlook and CIMPRO.</li>\n <li>Commitment to living Perry’s “values” required.</li>\n <li>Willing to learn and adhere to Department specific SQF requirements</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Why Perry’s?</u></strong><u></u></p>\n<p><strong>Working with and talking about ice cream… how <em>cool</em> is that?</strong></p>\n<p>Behind every bite of Cookie Dough and every scoop of Panda Paws is a passionate team bringing hard work and creative ideas to the table.
