          "text": "<p><strong><u>Summary:</u></strong></p><p>The<strong> AP Clerk</strong>&#xa0;is responsible for managing the processing, recording, and reconciliation of accounts payable&#xa0; transactions to ensure accurate financial operations and reporting.</p><p><strong><u>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Prepare&#xa0;and manage&#xa0;daily deposits, and cash receipts.</li><li>Responsible for all accounts receivables and works with vendors on collections.</li><li>Reconcile&#xa0;cash schedule and assist in monthly closings.</li><li>Reconcile select accounts and schedules monthly, prior to month end.</li><li>Post manual journal entries and any other posting as required.</li><li>Issue purchase orders for supplies &amp; invoices and monitor automated purchase order system, voiding and correcting errors.</li><li>Complete end-of-month accounting reports.</li><li>Assist in completion of annual review/audit.</li><li>Send invoices, coding invoices, and processing payments</li></ul>",
