Our mission is to be the global leader in regenerative healing, making our products and services accessible to everybody. <br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role:</span></p>\n<p>We’re looking for a data driven and commercially minded Manufacturing Data &amp; Performance Engineer to help drive operational performance across our manufacturing environment. Working closely with Manufacturing and other internal teams, you’ll play a key role in developing performance metrics, improving reporting visibility, and identifying opportunities to optimise production performance. Key responsibilities - <br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain manufacturing performance metrics</li>\n<li>Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly operational reporting</li>\n<li>Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools</li>\n<li>Analyse manufacturing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities</li>\n<li>Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders</li>\n<li>Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives</li>\n<li>Partner with cross-functional teams to track performance improvements</li>\n<li>Analyse production, labour, and material costs</li>\n<li>Support production planning and capacity analysis</li>\n<li>Ensure consistency, integrity, and standardisation of manufacturing data and reporting across the organisation</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Bring:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field</li>\n<li>3+ years’ experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering or production analytics</li>\n<li>Strong ability to analyse and interpret complex data using tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI</li>\n<li>Understanding of manufacturing performance metrics and production operations</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail with high data accuracy standards</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills</li>\n<li>Proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement</li>\n<li>Lean, Six Sigma, or experience in manufacturing performance analytics</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we offer:</span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<p>At AROA NZ, we value our people and make sure working with us is rewarding, both professionally and personally.
