Overview Our Back of House Team is made up of talented Line Cooks and Prep Cooks who work together seamlessly to create scratch-made dishes in a fast-paced environment. This position supports Firebirds Wood Fired Grill’s Corporate Office Catering Kitchen, producing high-quality food for internal events, meetings, and corporate catering initiatives. Back of House Team Members work alongside the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to create an extraordinary experience through attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to quality. If you have a passion for food and want to grow your skills in a professional scratch-kitchen environment, we would love to welcome you to the Firebirds family. What You Can Expect From Us Our team members are the most important stakeholders at Firebirds and a vital part of our brand.
