    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>Schedule: Monday- Friday; 7:00am- 3:30pm</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>Location: Bloomington Hospital</u></strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Works with the campus Life Safety Prints (LSP's) to check compliance of all rated walls, door assemblies and fire and/or smoke dampers.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures department is compliant with required inspections and maintains code compliance.&nbsp;</li><li>Utilizes the work order system to document inspections and repairs.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinates updates to the LSP's with vendors as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><p>•&nbsp;High School Diploma or GED is required.<br>•&nbsp;Requires knowledge with lock, door, wall and damper assemblies.<br>•&nbsp;Requires a basic understanding of the Life Safety Prints.<br>•&nbsp;Requires the ability to read and interpret information from blueprints, schematics and diagrams.<br>•&nbsp;Requires current knowledge of various federal, state, local, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and Joint Commission codes and regulations.<br>•&nbsp;Requires general knowledge of computerized building management systems software.<br>•&nbsp;An understanding of NFPA Code 80 is preferred.<br>• Requires a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.</p>",
