    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p><strong>SUMMARY</strong></p><p>Ensure customer satisfaction and branch profitability while managing installation segment resources.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Always exhibits the highest standard of personal ethics and adheres to all Pella Carolina policies</li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Promote a culture of safety and accountability by adhering to established protocols, proactively identifying potential risks, and fostering a workplace environment where safety is a shared priority</li><li>Supervise Project Coordinator team.</li><li>&nbsp; Supervise sub-contracted installation crews when needed.</li><li>Maintain adequate staffing of support staff and installation crews.</li><li>Perform &nbsp;some &nbsp;order &nbsp;verifications &nbsp;as &nbsp;needed &nbsp;for &nbsp;scheduled &nbsp;installation &nbsp;jobs &nbsp;for orderable dimensions and special needs. Perform routine job site inspections per installation guidelines.</li><li>Follow-up with customers after installation is completed. &nbsp;Trouble-shoot problem jobs and create action plans for recovery. Follow recovery plans to completion.</li><li>Enforcement of recovery procedures.</li><li>Track &amp; assist with collecting outstanding Accounts Receivable.</li><li>Roll &nbsp;out &nbsp;PSI &nbsp;final &nbsp;2 &nbsp;phases &nbsp;(Installation &nbsp;and &nbsp;Service) &nbsp;&amp; &nbsp;Handle &nbsp;Branch &nbsp;Champion responsibilities for PSI.</li><li>Interact &nbsp;with &nbsp;Operations &nbsp;&amp; &nbsp;Sales &nbsp;personnel &nbsp;to &nbsp;resolve &nbsp;job &nbsp;related &nbsp;problems &nbsp;when needed.</li><li>Strives to achieve corporate goal of Customer Satisfaction, while making it easy for Customers to do business with the company and promoting market share growth.</li><li>Track &amp; hold team accountable for installation metrics of 1ˢᵗ time completion, reasons not completed, installation lead time, installation gross margin, and crew productivity.</li><li>&nbsp;Help the Replacement Department achieve branch standards &nbsp;or Returns &amp; Allowances and Customer Satisfaction.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned as determined necessary by Management.</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><p>College Degree preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required.</p><p>Two years general carpentry, window/door, or housing industry experience required. Three &nbsp;to &nbsp;five years &nbsp;of &nbsp;supervisory &nbsp;experience &nbsp;as &nbsp;window &nbsp;installation &nbsp;manager &nbsp;or equivalent.</p><p>Superior computer skills (PSI, OMS, PQM) needed. Excellent verbal and written language skills needed.</p><p>Ability to present information, gather information and respond to questions from customers, managers and co-workers.</p><p>Able to multi-task and set priorities. Strong organizational skills required.</p><p>Ability &nbsp;to &nbsp;problem &nbsp;solve &nbsp;on &nbsp;a &nbsp;daily &nbsp;basis. &nbsp;Self &nbsp;discipline &nbsp;and &nbsp;self &nbsp;initiating abilities required.</p><p>Excellent &nbsp;basic &nbsp;math &nbsp;skills &nbsp;including &nbsp;measurements, &nbsp;dimensions &nbsp;of &nbsp;windows, &nbsp;size &nbsp;of glass, square footage, discounts, percentages, billing, and credit, etc. required.</p><p>Basic understanding of construction blueprints required.</p><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</strong></p><p>While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, turn or crawl. &nbsp; The employee must regularly lift and or move 100+ lbs. when moving window products and hardware. &nbsp; Specific vision abilities required &nbsp;by &nbsp;this &nbsp;job include &nbsp;close &nbsp;vision, &nbsp;and &nbsp;ability to adjust &nbsp;focus &nbsp;to &nbsp;read &nbsp;written company labels, forms, and other documents as well as the computer.</p><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">Pella Windows &amp; Doors of the Carolinas and Southwest Virginia is an equal opportunity employer.
