    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>CNA – Critical Care Unit</p>\n<ul>\n <li>CNA- Critical Care Unit</li>\n <li>24-bed unit specializing in the care of critical patients.</li>\n <li>24-hour intensivist/pulmonary/APP coverage.</li>\n <li>Individualized, comprehensive orientation program which includes the Essentials of Critical Care Orientation (ECCO), EKG Class; ACLS certification and NIHSS certification.</li>\n <li>Dynamic Preceptors throughout your orientation program, individualized for each new candidate</li>\n <li>Leadership presence on every shift.</li>\n <li>PRN - will need to work a min of 24 hours off shift per 6-week schedule</li>\n <li>12-hour day/evening/night</li>\n <li>Weekend and Holiday as needed</li>\n <li>Shift and Weekend Differential Eligibility</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Position Function: The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) functions as an integral part of the patient care team by performing selected patient/resident care treatments and tasks as delegated by licensed nurses and is accountable for his/her own action in performing duties as assigned and for which he/she is trained. &nbsp;Included is recognition and understanding of the physical, cognitive and psychosocial changes unique to the age group served.</p>",
