Collaborate with seasoned professionals who will mentor and guide you, ensuring you develop the skills needed to successfully step into a technology career.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation, Work Hours, Location:</strong></p>\n<p>*  $17.50/hour </p>\n<p>*  ~20-25 hrs/week, Monday-Friday, flexible hours between 8:00am-5:00pm</p>\n<p>*  Onsite at VytlOne offices in downtown Amarillo</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>You may perform all or some of the following IT functions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide first level intake, triage, and escalation for IT and Pharmacy Operations support requests.</li>\n <li>Investigate, analyze, and resolve hardware and associated software and communications problems with computer systems.</li>\n <li>Perform complex hardware repairs and maintenance on a wide range of PC-based computers and peripherals.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot Local issues with equipment like printers, computers, and other hardware issues</li>\n <li>Provision, modify, and deprovision user access for systems and applications in accordance with access policies and documented standard operating procedures.</li>\n <li>Document technical processes and support procedures and contribute to standardization to ensure consistency, efficiency, and knowledge sharing</li>\n <li>Assist in multiple audits: Quarterly system access, software, licensing</li>\n <li>Maintain a high-level quality of customer service standards in dealing with and responding to questions.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education: </strong>High School Graduation required. Must be enrolled in a Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering program.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience: </strong>Ideal candidate possesses a strong customer focus, basic knowledge of PC maintenance/repair & application software support, and aptitude for/desire to learn computer maintenance/repair.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.</li>\n <li>Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support.</li>\n <li>Organize and maintain IT resources.</li>\n <li>Take Direction well</li>\n <li>Ability to simultaneously coordinate and complete multiple projects.</li>\n <li>Ability to install and configure computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated with a positive attitude.</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication</li>\n <li>Ability to work well in teams</li>\n <li>Strong work ethic and attention to detail</li>\n <li>Excellent Problem-Solving Skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Our Company</strong></p>\n<p>VytlOne <em>(formerly Maxor</em>) is a leading pharmacy care solutions company dedicated to improving patient outcomes and lowering the total cost of care through our clinically integrated set of pharmacy care solutions.
