Academic Technology Roadmaps</strong><br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Defines Creighton’s university-wide strategy for classroom AV, instructional technology, and digital learning environments.<br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develops multi-year roadmaps for classroom modernization, standardization, and refresh cycles.<br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Aligns learning technology strategy with academic priorities, pedagogical innovation, and institutional goals.<br>\n  &nbsp;</li>\n <li><strong>Classroom Technology Architecture &amp; Engineering</strong><br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Owns the engineering standards for classroom AV, control systems, projection/display technologies, audio systems, lecture capture, digital signage, and room automation.<br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Leads design and integration work for new construction, renovation projects, and learning-space upgrades.<br>\n  •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensures AV systems adhere to modern interoperability, automation, and accessibility requirements.<br>\n  &nbsp;</li>\n <li><strong>Project Leadership &amp;
