This will suit someone who enjoys variety and a role where no two days are the same.  The successful candidate will be responsible for activating our stores with point of sales material and ensuring that we have maximum displays and maximum distribution of our brands in stores. Some overnight travel may be required - the cost of which will be covered by Tayto Snacks.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role will suit a candidate who is self-motivated and who enjoys variety and the opportunity to learn and develop in their career</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Activation of stores to a best-in-class standard.</li>\n<li>Liaise closely with Business Development Rep and Market Developers within the region.</li>\n<li>Proactively influence display placements and ensure our displays are impactful and always before our competitors in each and every store.</li>\n<li>Communication to the wider team with regular testimonials of ‘What Good Looks Like’ in terms of outlet execution.</li>\n<li>Required to achieve sales targets through calling on designated customers and selling/merchandising our full range of products.</li>\n<li>Identify new areas of opportunity for developing business in store then follow through and implement development plans.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good interpersonal and communication skills – effective influencer with professional manner.</li>\n<li>Able to build effective customer relationships and proven commitment to delivering excellent customer service.</li>\n<li>Highly energetic, enthusiastic and creative.</li>\n<li>Excellent planning and organisational skills.</li>\n<li>IT Literate.</li>\n<li>Full, unrestricted driving license, ability to work outside 9-5 if required across the region.</li>\n<li>Commercial awareness and business acumen.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desired</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in FMCG</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(224, 62, 45); font-weight: bold\">As driving is an essential requirement for this role – you must have a full clean Driving licence in order to be eligible to apply </span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Please note the Location of this role is the Munster region (but ideally suited for someone living in the Cork/Cork city area)</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you feel you have the skills and experience to apply for this role, please do so by applying above before<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Friday 19th June 2026.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>This job description is intended as a summary of the primary responsibilities and qualifications for this position, it is not intended as inclusive of all duties an individual in this position might be asked to perform or that may be required to do either now or in the future.</em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Tayto Snacks is an Equal Opportunities Employer</em></p>",
